Return Guarantee Policy




At Alto Voltaggio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free return guarantee. Please read the following guidelines to understand our return policy:
Warranty duration 6 months.
Our cell quality products that we use usually remain in operation for many years.
In fact, we offer two important pieces of information on the quality and durability of our cells to support our honesty.
1) We buy our cells on the European market to have traceability of origin.
2) For some batteries, for example the PROFOTO B4, we send at intervals of 6 months, 1 year and 2 years we even send an email to inform you that the time has passed and that perhaps they should be replaced!!
However, the fragile nature especially of lithium cells requires us to apply the prescribed times of 6 months by law.
Humidity and incorrect charging times or malfunctions caused by the operator or by the machines using the same batteries can ruin them in a few moments.

We are the first to know the fragility of batteries and our business of over 25 years is based on the attention we have always used.
We take absolute care that the batteries are perfect and before each shipment we make sure that everything is perfect, primarily for our own interest. It is impossible for us to ship a non-functioning battery. based on this principle we accept, albeit with many doubts, that the battery needs a guarantee. For this reason we ask you to carefully evaluate your possible responsibilities as due to its nature it is not possible for a battery to work and then stop doing so spontaneously without the intervention of incorrect handling such as accidental fall or careless tampering. 
Within this perspective, however, we will always do everything possible to resolve any need within our possibilities.
For this series of reasons, shipping costs will always and exclusively be your responsibility and you have acknowledged this with this document before purchasing.
1. Time Frame:
- You have [14 of days] from the date of purchase to initiate a return or refund request.
- Returns initiated after the specified time frame may not be accepted.

2. Acceptable Reasons for Returns: - Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within [number of days] of receiving the item.
- Incorrect Item Received: In the event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately.

3. Return Process: - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@altovoltaggio.it to inform them about the return and to obtain a return authorization.
- Once authorized, carefully follow the provided instructions on packaging and shipping the return. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure that the package reaches us safely.
- Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation in the return package.

4. Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not received in their original condition.

5. Refund Options:
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned items, we will process the refund within [10 of days].
- Refunds can be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- If you prefer an exchange for another item, please let us know, and we will assist you accordingly.

6. Exceptions and Exclusions:
 IMPORTANT A)We will not grant you the right to be refunded for the expense incurred due to our failure to replace defective cells in any form of time frame.
In other words, if we have to replace defective cells under warranty, mounted by us in your old batteries, but at the moment we do not have them in stock, you release us from the obligation to do so within a time limit as you acknowledge that we always have stock in assortment, but however, our material comes to us from many parts of the world and we cannot guarantee supply times due to MILITARY AND ECONOMIC scenarios.

IMPORTANT B) We place our own HOLOGRAM on the processed batteries. For warranty purposes it must absolutely not be removed. Otherwise the warranty will be void
